Am sure they are both ready for each other, but if Thurman means ready as in Joshua beating Wilder then I don’t think he would ever be ready. Their styles makes me pick Wilder to beat AJ.

Joshua's first real fight was may 2015 against Johnson. He stopped him in 2 rounds (which considering he's never been stopped including fights against vitali, pulev, fury, etc) was no mean feat. He then fought 4 unbeaten men in a row, including whyte, Martin and breazeale. Followed up by Molina (who he destroyed without being wobbled like Wilder) before the big fight against klitschko and takam. All the above my knockout and quite clear the increased level of opponent overtime.
Taking above into account he has fought 2 of top 10 by the ring and boxrec. Of the WBC top 10 he has fought 4, WBA 1, IBF 4, WBO 3.
Wilder on the other hand. He started his career 5 years ahead of Joshua but first meaningful fight was probably Harrison about the same time Joshua was starting up, it was Harrison's last fight and he already had six losses by then. A couple of easy fights followed , then took out Malik Scott, again some easy fights then Stiverne (who at the time was a ok fighter) who he beat by decision. Struggled past Molina next fight followed by several easy fights again with a couple domestic level ones thrown in. His last fight was against the out of shape stiverne. None of his opponents are in the ranking list of either the ring or boxrec. He also has fought no one in he top ten of either WBC, WBA, WBO or IBF.
Judge for yourself who you think is most likely to be ready?
I also think you only have to watch them fight to see who is more ready. Wilder going backwards paws his defence like he’s swatting flies, gets off balance going forwards and backward and throws telegraphed punches which start when his elbows kick out (which any decent boxer will read). I’ll agree he has power, his 1-2 is quite nice but again the quality and size of most of his opponents allows him to dominate the range, he can’t do that with AJ.
AJ against Wlad showcased that he has technical skills, he made Wlad miss in range and uses his head movement quite well. His punches are text book and he lands clean with an array of punches. He’s rarely off balance going forwards or backwards. He does have tendency to lose concentration now and again which along with his mass making him tired means 12 rounds do provide some opportunity to opponents but overall he’s simply got more quality in his game than Wilder at this stage.

The risk of this whole debacle is that AJ is starting to take damage. Let's be real, Takam was solely fighting to be the 1st man to go 12 with AJ. AJ is not a dirty fighter, slick but not dirty. Takam fouled him numerous times and it softened up AJ's skin. Mark my words, Parker, who isn't ****, will low blow, head butt, & hit on the break. Expect him to open up a gash with that big Kiwi skull he's packing. By the time Wilder & Juiceshua, I mean Joshua fight, that scar tissue will be there for punching

Thurman is an idiot..the people that rooted for him rooted for him and spence and now he's basically isolating his fans unless he's going to go full "all lives matter" route.

And for the record, the fight gets more money in America. Hearn and AJ want it in Britain because they want the pre-fight harassment & vandalism that is well known to happen to many Americans who go there to occur with the hopes of gaining an advantage along with the home crowd. Hearn isn't worried about Joshua losing; he is worried about how Joshua will be exposed. AJ gets exposed vs Parker, but still wins. Then Wilder will drop his offer to 40% & tax that big ass chin

Thurman is only buying his time while he is still unbeaten. I just don`t see him beating Spence or Crawford or any 154 champ.
