Mayweather has reasons he is saying this. He used to talk crap about Terrence Crawford until Crawford stood up for him. Now, he says something nice. Real fans want to see the fight. There is no conclusive proof that the fight makes more money in UK than in the US. There is more definitive proof that the potential to make more is here. AJ is the A-side over there, not in the US.

I'll not a "fan" of either really but I'd ther see the fight in the UK. The atmosphere there blows Vegas out of the water. Rather see rabid fans chanting and screaming then a bunch of degenerate gamblers that got comped tickets and 10 rows of celebrities that show up just to be seen. And I'm guessing they sell way more PPV in the UK which means more $$ for both.

That said, of course in the end it won't matter to me, just a preference.
