The 40 mil offer wasn't until 2011 after Pacquiao had been ducking the guy, Pacquiao ducked after that too. When Mayweather tried negotiating at the beginning of 2012 they said they needed to build an outdoor arena. Then he got KTFO.

Even the godfather of pacterds Freddie "The Joke Coach" Roach said Ariza had something in those shakes in interviews. Stop being so in denial. AKA why Pac dodged drug test during that time b/c Ariza was still with him at that time.

Floyd had to pay Manny millions for those false accusations. Manny was never the one with questionable testosterone levels, but Floyd did.
