Exactly! that's why fighters like Tyson, Holyfield, Leonard, Hagler, Mayweather hardly made any money and got no respect, it's racist white people who are to blame.

Now, in Floyd's case, there is certainly a case for racism and jealousy. Someone like Floyd comes along once in a lifetime or two, yet all you hear about him is what an asshole he is. Floyd is an American boxing legend. Wilder, not at all.

Give it a rest. If it were skills they were interested in they'd love Floyd and Ward, but let's face it, they hate them too.

ALWAYS a lame excuse readily available for racist haters !

What are the media supposed to do? Convince the public that Wilder is fighting world class opponents when that is demonstrably not true? It's a hard sell when there are other top dogs in the HW division that he hasn't fought yet.
Francis ngannou will put a halt to the great white hype!..who's your pick?

And the ones who r world class who r willing to fight him end up getting caught cheating, so spear us the BS please !
What difference does it make? Both combat sports, both with Americans at the top, both not getting any promotion and both are of different races.

I think it says a lot more than you think.

IT ain’t cause you’re black. It’s cause you’re an irrelevant heavyweight that is mediocre. Also, you’re poorly managed and promoted by Al Haymon.

Very different era! Back then, being a white racist boxing fan was pretty much an oxymoron. If there were any white alternatives back then, the same thing would've happened. Leonard would be accused of being a runner, Holyfield would be called a hypejob and a duck for not fighting the designated euro fighter du jour, Tyson would be a bum who only fought tomato cans, etc....
