Stipe Miocic is the HW champ in the UFC - a white American who has equal the most title defenses in UFC HW history, knocking out his last 5 opponents and yet I don't hear his name.

What are the media supposed to do? Convince the public that Wilder is fighting world class opponents when that is demonstrably not true? It's a hard sell when there are other top dogs in the HW division that he hasn't fought yet.
