Arum better pay Mikey and make this fight happen.
Bob doesn't care about a fighters greatness. No promoter does. He just wants them to generate profit. That will not happen by overpaying their opponents.

Arum is full of shyt. saying he doesn't like it when fighters name drop other fighters when they already have a fight lined up? What a hypocrite he's done that a million times as well as his fighters he promotes. Everyone knows Arum has no intentions of making this fight for many reasons. Mikey too big and strong for Loma, hates Mikey for costing him money holding out for 2 years, Mikey wants to fight on Showtime, and Mikey signed with Haymon who Arum doesn't make fights with unless it's a showcase fight. Mikey vs Linares, Easter are more realistic fights at 135.

You're probably asking yourself; Don King, who's that?
Again your logic is wrong! Now you say it's about grudges...
Do you realize, that it's not what Mikey said? He did not say that this fight wouldnt' happen because Arum is greedy, because Arum is a crook, etc. He said it's because Arum won't allow Loma to fight.

If Mikey had said something like "Arum is a piece of sh**, I don't want to deal with him anymore", or "sorry guys, not enough money for me, so no fight" I would respect him more...

Translation, if Mikey agrees to a 70-30 split in lomas favor, maybe we will consider it if he also drops to 132.5 pounds to make the fight happen.

I can tell you now Mikey won't entertain the fight without being guaranteed AT LEAST $1.5 mil. This will happen when it builds up to a PPV fight.
I wonder if Loma would take less just to ensure that the fight happens.? He strikes me as someone who wants to test himself at 135. If he moves up and schools Mikey Garcia, not even his haters could have much to say.

                I agree.

That would be a defining win for Lomachenko's legacy.

YES HE DID LOSE THE BELT IN THAT FIGHT, he was just lucky enough he was able to fight for the same exact belt in his next fight vs a midget nobody(which is how he won that wbo trinket in his 1st pro fight to begin with, because Arum has WBO in his pocket & set it up for him to face a bum for the title in 1st fight)

its like mofos on here have short terms memory loss. all the excuses yall use to say arum wouldn't match mikey with loma yall also said about rigo..

"arum dont want loma nowhere near rigo" yeah everybody completely forgot all that sht. now rigo was old and too small and blah blah.

skillwise i would rank rigo above mikey. other than a power advantage i dont see nothing else for loma to be concerned with. so why df would loma or arum be scared?

the only thing that'll keep this from happening is money but if it doesn't happen next year I wont hold my breath. mikey is destined to go to 147 and lomas ceiling I believe is 140. next year or never.

He matched Pacquiao with a coked-out cross dresser who hadn't fought @ 147 in like, FOREVER! It was a win for Bob from the jump! Of course you don't see what everyone else knows, because you're the fool!
