Trainers can make decent money as well, why does he not train?

Especially in the heavier weights where good trainers seem really hard to come by
    Lol, you're trolling?

I think the TS is just learning his boxing. He seems to be like a nice guy. Let's encourage him.

Roy Jones was last co-training Pascal. He has a few more fighters, too.

Even though he trained some fighters I don't think a guy who had that kind of physical ability can train a fighter to be a fundamentally sound fighter, strategy and fundamentals are 2 different things, most of the time in boxing it just comes down to the very small details in technique and fundamentals, it comes down to continously correcting mistakes and being focused on that a 100% of the time, I think Roy is a great voice to have in the corner but not as a main trainer, he still has to prove that.

I watched a vid on him at his home, really cool spread, with a gym and a couple ponds on his property stocked with Bluegill & Crappie, so he can go fishing whenever he wants to. When they showed the gym, there where a couple young cats working out.

And for those who think he did it only on physical ability, you are vastly wrong. His strategy of footwork and using distance was topnotch.

Pascal, Vargas, Chilemba, Roy Jones just used them to be back in the limelight. No real work done, in Vargas' case Roy even got banned from the gym because he didn't show up to train his fighter.

So no, he's not a trainer. He's not a coach.

Because he's fighting until he dies. He said that in a recent article. He said he'll be punching in his coffin.

Trainers don't make shít. I've seen him work corners and seen him train. Very impressed with some training, but not so much his corner work.

Obviously you're wrong as seen above.

Back to the topic at hand...

He could be a high paid consultant for special weapons training though. He does offer a níche product so why not sell that for 3x the normal consultant fee?

It would be awesome if he could be a great trainer and end up like a Manny Steward, but I doubt it would happen.
