Vargas top 2 opponents (Pacquiao & Bradley) are better, tougher as compared to Thurman's (Porter & Garcia).

I'm also going with the upset here! I may very well be wrong, but with the whole surgery and getting married and stuff, now is the time when Vargas could have a chance to pull the upset.

This.... Is not a good fight to take off of a 13 month layoff and elbow surgery. Thurman should win but he will go through some **** to come out victorious

Thurman by UD, he don't go for the KO anymore and likes his new style.

              Lets rate them

              Power - Thurman 9/10 - Vargas 7/10
              Speed - Thurman 8.5/10 - Vargas 8/10
              Skill - Thurman 8/10 - Vargas 7/10
              Stamina - Thurman 8/10 - Vargas 9/10
              Punch Resistance - Thurman 6.5/10 - Vargas 8/10
Honestly, wouldn’t be shocked if Vargas beat him.

                Pretty solid fight. Will watch.

I favor Keith but Vargas is capable of making it interesting.

This is true. With the long layoff and maybe Vargas did learn some lessons against Pac...this won't be easy for Thurman.

Upset is possible and I actually see Vargas possibly hurting him.

Just waiting on a venue, I think. Really surprised Thurman is taking this as a tuneup.

Lots of people picking Vargas for the upset. Good fight.
