to be honest, I thought that a multi-fight agreement starting with Cotto sounded like a pretty good deal, especially if it included Linares next for good money..... but when you hear about the caveat from PBC/Showtime it makes sense

I did not think Mikey could make anywhere near that kind of money facing a relatively unknown opponent

I dont believe for a second hes getting 3.5 million just so he can fight on Pbc one more time. That is a horrible waste of money if it were true. Mikeys highest payday up to now is 1 million for the Broner fight. This leads me to believe Mikey would have taken even less for a Lipinets fight. Just like they're saying errol spence is getting paid that much, its all BS so people will think Pbc fighters are getting paid huge amounts
