I know he made Nomas/Rigo but i dont think he wants anything to do with Garcia. Not because he doesn't think Nomas can win but just because he doesn't want to deal with Garcia period.

48 year old? Don't be ridiculous, he was "only" 37... and he had only 18 professional fights, he was practically untouched before this fight, never ever got into a war with no one, so in terms of wear and tear his real boxing age was similar to Loma's, less than 30 IMHO.
122 lb midget??? On fight night, Lomachenko weighed 137.4 pounds and Rigondeaux weighed 130 pounds. Which IS NOT even close to 122 pounds, and Rigo looked 100% in shape, very muscular. Same as the bigger Loma. Yes, Loma had a big advantage in size, but he was fighting no midget, because that midget was capable of KOing anyone else, at that weight, except Loma himself.
I am a fan of both Loma and Mikey, but I think being angry would, if anything, make Mikey lose more than win, specially vs. a guy so annoyingly mobile and unpredictable, that a real, real cool head and keeping calm, is very necessary to try and figure out how to decipher the puzzle. Mike has never ever confronted anyone even remotely close as difficult as Lomachenko.
Loma made it look easy and hindsight is always 20/20, but how many people said Rigo would KO Loma or at least put a beating on him? And now they are all quiet...Last edited by sterilizer; 12-20-2017, 03:25 PM.
