Yes, that was funny and not really in bad taste like some taunting. I though Saunders showed good sportsmanship during and after the fight. He lived up to his pre fight bragging and did exactly what he said he would do to Lemieux. He didn't really gloat in the interview after the fight. Canadian fans showed poor sportsmanship for booing him before, during and after the fight for having the audacity to beat the hell out of the Canadian which of course was his job as a defending champion. It's great to support the local boxer but they should also appreciate a fine performance by a visiting champion.
