If Rigo is a great win for Loma, why is Floyd not given credit for Jmm?

What he did in the future is irrelevant though.

The Pacquiao that first fight Morales doesn't beat Cotto. And if Bradely would have beat that Pacquiao he wouldn't have got much credit.

At the time, Marquez was no welterweight, not even a light-welter.

And Made noise? he fought Pacquiao and Bradley, both small at welter.

But from your position, you do have to reach.
JMM made more noise at 147 than Rigo can at 130 that's for damn sure.

      Mentioning Memo...now that's reaching.

Loma might have his own Memo.

Because you train to fight at a certain weight. When your opponent disrespects the sport and his opponent by ignoring that he has a significant advantage.

Floyd needed to do that against Marquez.
Loma never needed to do that against any of his opponents

Just one of the reason why It a top win for Loma and not for Floyd

          It doesn't.

JMM made a splash at WW.

The only slash Rigo can make at 130 in on the canvas.

Sounds like a lame excuse to be honest..Rigo and Jmm both jumped 2 divisions..but you only want to give one credit

All of Floyd's wins from 2009 and up are great. He was always at some sort of disadvatage, layoffs, size, age, weight.

As far as comparing the two, Rigo is way better than JMM. While Loma wasnt at any disadvantage, he had a very great opponent in front of him. Floyd was at a disadvantage ad had an opponent who wasnt on that level.

Skill for Skill, Loma-Rigo was a pickem fight. While Floyd vs Jmm, probably was not.

Only thing was, Marquez never agreed to jump, Floyd cheated him

Rigo also put in a hydration clause into the contract. None for Floyd who also skipped the ring scales.
