Someone with Rigo's style and skills can still be a top fighter at 37yo, even if that age is pretty old for the lower divisions. It's not like he's taken a lot of damage so far in his career.

Leo seems be doing pretty good. Fighting LEGIT some of the best out there in fun fights. While Rig. buts ppl to sleep watching. Thats not ducking when you dont fight someone who cant even pay ppl to show up.

Rigo’s done, man. He’s a 37 year old fighter in the lower divisions. It could very well be that age was an even greater factor than size in the Lomo fight. He probably still has enough left to handle inferior opposition, but who wants to see that? Sad that this once-great fighter went out like that. I didn’t expect him to win, but I expected so much more.

Yeah these small guys have to stay extremely fast and active. These divisions dont age well. And they are like the RB's of the NFL.

We saw this in Donaire, Chocolatito, and now Rig. Bigger weights dont have to rely on speed/Punch volume like the smaller ones do...

I would have bet a lot of money that Quitondeaux would have schooled Santa Cruz though. But that quit job and trying to imply that his hand was broken was a disgrace - he's not even going to make the Hall of Fame, as it stands now.

How ironic hearing Bernard Hopkins talk about a fighter quitting....He quit against Dawson, and pulled a blatant quit job in his last fight. He claimed to injure his should when he got knocked out of the ring by Joe Smith, but the video shows he never landed on it at all. He got his ass handed to him, and found the easy way out. Hell, he basically pulled a quit job against Kovalev. All he did all night was hold, run, and duck in survival mode . Hopkins is full of ****, and most of the garbage that comes out of his mouth needs to be forgotten....Ike out.

not sure what's considered legit on his resume outside of Frampton and mares. He's infamous for fighting c level guys. And even mares didn't seem to be the same fighter after the Gonzalez ko. I do consider what he did with rigo to be ducking because none of the guys on his record were considered to be better than rigo at the time he fought them.
