The only reason Horn got a a shot at pac is cos he accepted Bobs 'if you win' clause in the contract, just as Corcoran accepted the same clause to get a shot at Horn.

Bob pulled a few strings and got crawford in the madatory challenger position, further backing Horn into a corner. Crawford vs Horn is ok but not something that can't wait a few more months.
