Yeah I’m convinced it’s May myself, I can’t see them holding out till September. “If” Lemieux picks up the WBO belt tomorrow, I could see ODLH wanting to make an in-house fight in Canelo-Lemieux I’d be very surprised if that happens though.

If he does its a clear duck kinda move just waiting for GGG to get older yet.But I agree I think Canelo has the pride to fight him next.He has proven his guts with a pen and contract before(Lara,Trout). But yea DLH is praying for a Lemieux win because that's the way to bring Canelo right back and win a title if he losses to GGG.It also gives him little more lavage over GGG people with other title there for him whenever he wants it.I think BJS outboxes him enough to beat him by closer than should be score or even poss late tko due to facial damage. But Lemmys always live.

I was picking BJS to grind out a decision ever since the fight was announced, but I’m starting to think Lemieux might land that big shot and find the knockout. Even in his best performances Saunders tends to gas late, and Lemieux carries power from 1 through to 12. Maybe I’m just overthinking it, I’m not a fan of Saunders either so maybe I’m just hoping Lemieux ices him

Besides Canelo who is a star in Mexico only, i dont see anybody with the potential to be a world wide star. Not at the moment at least.

And dont tell me that midget ukranian is the one cuz he is not. His style and personality isnt star material.

Canelo might get it. He's already bordering on it.

I can see Wilder getting it if he beats Joshua. He has an exciting personality that people would like.

Lomachenko and GGG are too foreign to get mainstream unfortunately.

In all honesty though, nearly anyone can become a mainstream star. It really has less to do with talent and more to do with marketing.

I mean, obviously the guy needs to win and he needs to have SOME talent, but the marketing is the most important part. Tell the public that this guy is the best and they'll believe it.

They have to keep winning but Loma, Spence, Mikey, GGG and Crawford could all get pretty big. AJ is already huge as is Canelo. Wilder could be big if he beats AJ. Nobody knows for sure until it happens.
