I never said they were geographically in Europe both are situated in that “Eurasia” landmass area.
I said Armenia is classed as a European state, it’s therefore technically part of Europe despite lying significantly east like Turkey, Russia, Ukraine etc, etc.
As for Kazakhstan I would class it as Asia but it still has significant territory in Europe.
