He beat a Romanian at the World Championships so he's 1-1.

I agree. If Floyd had faced a Slav in his pro career he likely would have lost his 0.

Fact is, Mayweather spent a bulk of his boxing career, avoiding international opponents that were available in different parts of the world by simply remaining in his home country, mainly boxing against domestic opposition. So he wasn't tested internationally. Nor was he tested in environments that were less favorable to him than his opponents.

The fact that Floyd Mayweather Jr didn't have a single bout outside of USA means to me that his undefeated record isn't as valuable as someone who consistently boxed in foreign territory but had a few losses as well.
            Pacquiao
            Maidana
            Canelo
            Cotto
            Mosley
            Hatton
            Gatti

All big names and all from different countries. Irrespective of where they fought, he beat every one of them easily.

Loma has to reach to 147 to reach that fate . I think he has the ability to reach 140 but if he uses steroids like Floyd I say he can reach 147

Domestic opposition? Pacquiao, Canelo, Maidana, and even McGrgeor, if you want to include him, aren't from the United States. How can Floyd be fighting domestic opposition if nearly half of all his opponents aren't even from the U.S.? Just because he fought guys in the U.S. doesn't mean they were from the U.S. "smart guy."

Lomachenko isn't as big as Floyd though. I don't think he needs to reach 147 to have an amazing professional career. He does however need to keep racking up the victories, and hopefully in impressive fashion.

Loma at 147 would be a roided little nugget. I can't see his speed, angles or power translating up to that weight.

                    Agreed on 140
