If the Mundine fight really gets Horn $2m+ to fight in Australia, Crawford is likely going to get a vacant belt, made even more likely if he can stop Mundine and get Sadam Ali to head to Australia instead of the UK, lol (champions moving up in weight automatically are made mandatory by the WBO).

Manny Pacquiao's minimum purse has generally been $20m; he's had one instance where he took ownership on the event (getting paid near nothing on the guarantee, but significantly more points on the actual PPV).

The only reason the Horn fight even happened on ESPN was because Australia was largely able to cover the expense of even getting Pacquiao to fight.

How in the **** is ESPN going to come up with the money to pay Pacquiao, knowing full well that Pacquiao's business in the US has done a massive fall since Marquez almost killed him, and basically collapsing all together after his Mayweather performance?

Even if Pacquiao only gets $2m (10% of what he's usually gotten), Crawford's still going to want his own near $2m, the event needs to be staged, undercards, etc, with Bob looking to make his own money too. Lol
