Real shame if you are a true fan of the sport. Teddy was one of us and watching him do a fight is better than having some network stooge slurp a network signed fighter.

I had hoped ESPN getting into boxing would make things better. DOwn the road I remain hopeful it will. As for now, this has made it worse IMO.

I wish hbo or showtime would pick him up.....atleast you get honesty with Teddy. He was the first guy to call BS on a Emmanuel Agustus fight on tv when he clearly won on espn and lead to the guy finally getting his due and also lead to him even fighting on the undercard on hbo (which he was robbed again). But hope to see Teddy calling fights again.

Teddy was honest when he was with friday night fights. After all his bad predictions & playing lil g out he was told to stay with the agenda.......Then he goes bonkers over the pacquiao/horn fight (I had Horn winning a landslide, Horn bullied manny & I couldn't believe it. That's where we know manny is completely done.) Teddy at FNF was great, not so much now. Either he cant say what he really wants to say or he is getting past it. Roy Jones seems like he holds back cuz of hbo & max also changed his tune after hbo. jim has always been the same, full of ****! harold lederman has always had bad scorecards & larry merchant is/was an idiot that wants to see rock'em sock'em & discredits greatness all the time. They ALL SUK!

Roy, Paulie, Ward & Thurman would be the DREAM TEAM of Commentating!

Never liked Teddy that much, but it's a shame that ESPN canned him. He was always honest and didn't care who agreed with him.

He was on ESPN for a long ass time too. Hopefully another network picks him up or he finds some kind of outlet to express his views on the sport, like a YouTube channel or his own podcast.
