I'd give Brook the benefit of the doubt considering he had a fractured eye socket and has had eye problems since that fight.

There's certainly levels to quitting. Rigondeux took it to a whole new level in recent years

        Getting paid

Rigo is up there in age, he's an excellent fighter that nobody wants to fight near his natural weight,

I believe he did what he had to do which was to make some paper.

It appears arum never got over Rigo upsetting his money machine donaire and this is payback. Rigo had to much stacked against him in this fight.

Exactly!!! It's not like injuring your shoulder or something when you threw a punch. The eye was broken by Spence, and Spence made Brook quit, not an unrelated injury. Just like Loma made Rigo quit. There are difference circumstances, but both fighters quit in situations where many other fighters would have continued.

Ultimate pot calling the kettle black situation.
One guy quit with a bruised hand (or ego) the other with a Fractured face. Yeah, same exact thing.

Please explain your criteria for an injury sustained during a fight. An example from a recent fight would be helpful. Thx.

that's the type of comment a casual would make. No need to debate further.

Sure, one quit wasn't as bad as the other quit, but what Brook fails to realize is how ****** he looks, as a quitter, calling someone else a quitter. The "pot and kettle" phrase has been around forever because people find this kind of thing pretty hypocritical and distasteful. They always have.
