Comments Thread For: Team Hammer Smile at UKAD Ruling To Reverse Tyson Fury Loss
Collapse

I have never heard of a case in which a drug cheat was found guilty, kept on boxing, and nothing happens for 2,5 years..
Fury was threatening to sue, and probably had made it very clear that was going to happen. Make no mistake, if he did, they would be sued out of existence.
All in all, who gives a crap? The guy had "elevated levels of nandrolone" and was clean for 7 subsequent tests immediately after. All random tests.
Tyson Fury is back and that should delight every boxing fan in the world; whether you want him to get beat, or if you want him to win.
If you want him to lose his livelihood then you're just a pathetic human being.

The Respondents have waived their rights to a hearing on the charges, accepted the findings
at paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2 above (which amounts to an admission for the purposes of UK
ADR Article 7.7.4), and acceded to the consequences set out at paragraphs 2 and 3, above.
Subject only to paragraph 4.3, below, each of the Parties hereby waives its/his rights to
appeal against or otherwise challenge this decision in any forum, whether pursuant to UK
ADR Article 13 or otherwise.

Why are Fury's ******s still arguing? It's in the damn rules that it's an admission.
No it's not just an admission of the positive test. It's an admission of guilt, which is why they don't have an hearing when they admit it and go straight to punishment.
Then we have Fury posting tweets about confessing sins.
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

The defence was going to be that they had Wild Boar, do a bit a research tards. Many athletes have tried that excuse and it always fails.

The head of Wada once said about athletes coming up positive for nandralone. - "You can eat boar's testicles all week and not reach that level"
Fury must have been eating the cock too (explains the throat)

And do you know if Tyson and Hughie had similar levels in their samples?
Thought not.Last edited by kafkod; 12-14-2017, 10:31 AM.

The boar meat lie has been used over and over again. Nandrolone won't show in blood tests, even though it is naturally present in the body. Do you have any actual proof that the old boar meat excuse is valid? Any scientific articles that PROVE nandrolone can be detectable in the blood stream when someone hasn't taken any? Fury is on peds, just like most high level fighters.
Scientific tests have proved that nandrolone can show up in urine samples without having been taken by subjects in controlled conditions.

UKAD listed 20 random tests they did on Tyson and Hughie during 2015/2016. All were clean except for 2 urine samples, one from Hughie and one from Tyson, taken within days of each other, which showed traces of nandrolone. Blood samples were all clean.
That is typical of so called "false positives" for nandrolone. Athletes can piss dirty for a few days after ingesting nandrolone or pro-hormones from meat or contaminated supplements, but blood samples come up clean.
That's the reason why UKAD took no action on those tests results at the time.
Pure coincidence that they changed their minds about a week after Tyson upset a lot of important people - including at least one MP - with his comments about ***s and gays?
Im going to assume Fury will not be as lean as before bc thats not his natural body type . Im also going to assume he tries to get a Joshua fight as fast as possible bc like it or not if hes not on peds his mental attitude over the long haul of keeping in shape is going to not be in his best interest .
Guys like Abbel and Hammer arent going to cut it to what he will be stepping up against . A non aggressive Klitchko is also out of the picture . Win or lose ( beyond Joshua ) any top guy he fights is going to make him work . I really dont see him back after 3 fights he probably retires again . Hopefully we get other fights but i dont think its going to happen .
Its too my understanding that Nanodrolone only stays in blood for a few weeks and a specific test is required to determine if theres any unusual amounts . This would be convienent for anyone that is able to avoid testing at the right time .Last edited by juggernaut666; 12-14-2017, 11:09 AM.
