You hurt boxing by supporting a woman beating, drug smoking bum who has yet to face an A class opponent in his pathetic, laughable 40 fight career.

Your boy is a clown, he came over to see the champ at Barclays NY city, danced around like a trained circus chimpanzee and ran away into requirement when Deontay 'Bronze-Bomber' Wilder pulled his card like hes been doing to all these cowards in the HW division #40-0. AND STILL HW CHAMPION OF THE WORLD.
I'm happy he's back but this article has made me a little more confused. Backdated ban but he says he's happy he won't be labelled a drug cheat. We need some answers.
I was very confused in the beginning, when he wasn't found to have tested positive until 9 months after the Klitschko fight. Has such a late positive test ever happened before?
So if it was in the UK when Ortiz failed the test before the planned Nov 4th Wilder fight, UKAD would've said 'nah it's OK you haven't fought for a year leading up to this so we'll just count that as your ban, fight on'? If Ortiz had a good legal team at least. Or they would've kept the results private for months/years first and then done it.
Well..........with more attention on the heavyweight division nowadays, and a bit stiffer competition in the ranks, I don't think Fury is going to rise to the top again. He won't be able to sneak his way up the ladder by fighting bums and light heavies like Cunningham. (With the exception of Dillibum Whyte, he's ripe for plucking)
But then again.......
-WWE antics of jumping into the ring after other fighters wins,
-trash talking you can barely understand,
-bad singing,
..........................Oh Yea, let the ****ery begin.

It didn't take 9 months for the positive test. It took them 9 months to charge him. UKAD and Team Fury knew about the positive test the entire time.

The only time I can think of was Tony Thompson testing positive against Price, where the results and outcome were kept confidential for months afterwards in the same way by the UK testing system. At the time a lot of people said that was badly handled and things needed to change but seems like they just carried on the same way. Could easily be others to have tested positive this year and we still don't know about it.
