Weight is a bigger factor than those things. Which is why we have weight divisions. Not height and reach divisions.
Both made weight. Fair fight. Rigo just is not all that great or you would have listed his best wins. He looks great in the gym and against guys who aren’t great but as soon as you put him in with an elite fighter, he does what guys like him do, quit.
