    I tend to agree, although Rigo hasn't had a chance to acclimate to the weight, what I think the TS is trying to say is natural size. Yes I agree.

    With that said one big difference here is that Rigo despite having the naturally smaller frame, has a significant reach advantage. Not sure if it will be a factor, but it certainly could be.

                I think he is talking dimension wise. Floyd was much longer and much taller than Pacquiao.
