And yet Brewster only has 1,500 twitter followers . . .

So please tell us about all of these Brewster fans in Germany . . .

So wba wasn’t as forgiven? If the were Ortiz would be awaiting at Joshua’s door as a mandatory. Good work-around I’d say, so that Joshua doesn’t have to see this beast till he gets really old. If Ortiz smash Wilder they get 2 bird, one stone.

Im not hating im just saying Wilder talks way too damn much. Except no one in the HW division is actually scared of him. He always acts like hes some boogeyman but no one is ducking him and he hasnt ever beat anyone even remotely good. Ortiz was just looking at him like hes some clown talking **** lol

Twitter was founded in 2006. Brewster was still fighting in 2010. He has 1,500 twitter followers because nobody knows who he is. Between twitter & instagram, Brewster has 5,000 followers. Wilder has 800,000.

How long do you want to continue to claim that Lamon Brewster is more well known than Deontay Wilder? There's no way you can win this. We both know that. What is inside of you that makes you enjoy being so wrong so often? We get paid to post here. So we can put up with your silliness all day. But clearly you have no life.

We're happy to compare IQs as well as annual earnings. If the issue is that we're "******ed," we wouldn't be making a comfortable living in this very cutthroat industry. You're just a fanboy nerd on a message board posting nonsense. We both know that.

That's why you absolutely refuse to answer whether Cotto made $750,000.

Jack Dempsey has no followers i guess he wasn't known either.

10 mil+ viewers used to tune in to Klitschko fights in Germany. Brewster fought him twice. How many fights has Wilder had with that many viewers?

I don't think Wilder was a paid commentator at all. He was just asked to sit in and talk during the Ortiz fight because folks know it will be good promotion for a future fight with Ortiz.

Doesn't mean the viewers knew who Brewster was. What was the biggest fight where Brewster was the A-side? Wilder is the only heavyweight champion that's been fighting on US network TV with MILLIONS watching since the pre-Tyson era.

Wilder is head and shoulders more well known than Brewster. It's no comparison. The WBO title wasn't even fully recognized when Brewster held it. He had some of the lowest rated HBO fights in history up until that point.

If so many Germans knew about Brewster, he'd have more than 5,000 followers compared to Wilder's 800,000.

That would be Charles Martin. You know the guy who won a belt without landing a punch. The same 1 AJ won his 1st belt from.😂😂

Geez, what a blowhard. It will be great when/if the big mouth gets in there with Ortiz, Joshua, other top HW fighters for the real story of just how many Achilles' heels Wilder has.

As for Ortiz, yes this was an extremely soft touch, and he definitely needs to step it up next time out. Hopefully we'll get that Wilder fight soon. Needs to happen sooner than later.

Ortiz reminded me of Sam Peter “who necks! who necks!”
Maybe I'm in the minority, but the reason I think it's so important for Ortiz and Wilder to finally fight is, neither has yet been in a live or die situation in the ring yet. Neither have been in the seriously deep waters and had to survive it. And I think both fighters are capable of putting the other fighter in that situation. To me, that's the essence of a truly great fight for boxing fans.
