Will Rigo become like Walters post fight? An inactive hype job?

I remember pre walters lomachenko the same trolls who are now hyping up rigo hyped up walters and said he would beat lomo. There were even videos made by people like dontaeboxingnation saying winner of that fight is p4p top 5. The forum was split between walters and lomo and the usual party all said walters would win. After the fight the victory was downplayed and the excuse was walters never beat anyone and was inactive. Now after rigo gets stopped, will the same logic apply?

Walters post fight = Never fought anyone and inactive for 2 years.

Rigo = moving up two weight classes. Too small. Never beat anyone. Inactive. Old.
