Eddie Hearn has chickened out for Kal Yafai.

For a fight as big as Inoue would be, you'd expect Yafai to get paid at least a little bit more than he does for a title defence. So i'm not surprised it's not getting made.

Hopefully they find a good top ten fighter for him next.

Yafai was probably only willing to fight Chocolatito. I'd still pick Chocolatito. Now we can only hope Cuadras and Inoue get good opponents.

Yafai was offered a figure similar to what he made last time against a regular contender and Wilder was offered 10x what he makes each fight and sure enough the race rooters stand by their guns that Wilder - who hasn't beaten ANYONE of note in a decade long 39 fight career and can't pack Barclays or his hometown with free tickets deserves 50/50 or better against a guy who's packed 80k twice and made $15-20m twice.

Do we have biased fans on this board?

Yafai is too talented to waste his career fighting bums, Hearn needs to secure a legit top 10 opponent for him next. I can see why Gonzalez would be top priority, but if they can't secure that then the plan B needs to be strong too
