I think he should return to 147 and try to rematch Vargas. He probably won't give up his title and will stay at 154. I don't think he is that good but Cotto was really bad enabling him to win. Hurd,Charlo and Lara would all knock him out in my opinion. I don't think he can beat Thurman, Porter, Crawford or Spence. He is more of a contender than a champion in my opinion. The Cotto win will probably remain his biggest achievement. He could beat Horn but Crawford will get to Horn first.

I don't know if he should fight Brook as many are suggesting. I think he needs to get the hell out of 154. He could beat Smith and possibly Brook but then it might be to late to get down to 147.
