Not true. When Showtime replayed the fight, they featured it with an epilogue, they showed Trout exiting his hotel room after the fight, he's visibly hurting and walking tenderly. He says to the camera (something close to this because I have not seen this video in a long time), I'll tell you what, that guy hits really hard. Trout may have won, but he took some hellacious body punches, which many agree Cotto got little to no credit for.

Although Pacquaio did destroy Cotto the first 4 rounds were competitive.

Enough to say he didn't have an easy time? Hmmm, I don't know. Cotto did some damage but he didn't really do much in the fight.

Rounds 5 onward Pacquaio beat him from pillar to post.
