Firstly how was he able to travel in and out of the country if he wasn't a citizen of Germany? He has lived in Germany since he was 5 years old and he isn't a citizen? Thats totally wrong.

Secondly who does Puerto Rico's Fres Oquendo pays off to get a title shot? Last time he fought was in 2014 for the WBA title. I really don't get this.
