Canelo would have beaten Golovkin at 155 because of the weight, just like I said back in 2015

for proof..... immediately after refusing to negotiate on weight with those superstars, Golovkin personally stated that he is willing and able to fight at 154, but nobody will step up..... so why did he refuse to take that HUGE opportunity?

Cotto can retire however he sees fit but if anyone is to blame for this not being the fight fans wanted to see him go out with, it's golden boy. Real fans should know by now that cotto has NEVER been the type to turn down fights. Golden boy thought that the allure to fight cotto would be able to help them recruit a big name free agent whether it be Mikey garcia, Danny garcia, Spence, Thurman etc, but it backfired. Nobody making the money those guys are making without a promotor won't sign on to get another % of their purse taken away by golden boy. So here we are with sadaam Ali instead.
