Great post, especially the highlighted bit there. Still don't understand why some people can't see what is in front of them. I kept hearing he is disrespecting the flag/military.T-Rump and some others tried to make this about the flag and the military. I served many years in the military (too damn long), and I have no problem with what he did. I know quite a few military members that support him and ones that don't. I hate it say it but it falls along racial lines. I personally wouldn't sit or kneel for the National Anthem but I understand why some people might feel differently. Kaepernick did it to protest the injustice against people of color. If these injustices don't affect you then this shouldn't concern you. Move along, change the channel, or get up and leave the stadium if it bothers you. However, you should know that it is the right of every American to peacefully protest. If you don't like it, you can join the poster Vlad in Canada.
That is such an uneducated view.Comment

Ali was BRAVE for doing what he did, Colin became a cuck and did it for the poon... (Note was a good christian boy before getting with a ****** Thot now he bows to allah).
When you go from the poster boy of hipster style Christianity with all those bible versus on your body to bowing to mecca all because of a female, that's the epitome of a fake arse ho.Comment

LMAO. No, buddy. It's the other way around. GTFO of this country if you want to kneel and disrespect it.
If you served in the military for real, and didn't have a bad run in it, then you should have a serious issue with it. I never served but I'd never disrespect this great nation.

Funny how the draft dodger in chief won't approve of this. The master of deception and deflection is a confirmed racist antisemite who says there are very goid white supremacists and neo ****s. If my dad was still alive he would ask why all of a sudden people are concerned about disrespecting our military. He and his Marine buddies came back from the Korean war to face racism that was worse before they left for the war.Comment

Well I served FOR REAL. I retired with an unblemished record and plenty of medals to go with it. If you don't believe in the right of peacefully assembly then you're more harmful to "this great nation" than Kaepernick. If he burned or desecrated the flag, or spat on military personnel then it would be another story. If you served in the military for real, and didn't have a bad run in it, then you should have a serious issue with it. America is the light but there are so dark spots that some people want to ignore. Kaepernick is simply trying to shed light on those dark areas so everyone gets a fair treatment.Comment

Exactly, if it wasn't for his girl he wouldn't be doing any of this. He's a hypocrite raised in the suburbs by white parents, says he wants change but hasn't voted before and is only willing to look at one end of the spectrum. Go listen to the guy speak about these issues, he seems to barely have any grasp of what he's talking aboutAli was BRAVE for doing what he did, Colin became a cuck and did it for the poon... [QUOTE=BIGPOPPAPUMP;18267406]Football player Colin Kaepernick was announced as the 2017 recipient of the Sports Illustrated Muhammad Ali Legacy Award on Thursday. The Legacy Award is given to sports figures who uses their platform to initiate change. Kaepernick hasn't been affiliated with an NFL team this season, likely related to his stance of kneeling for the national anthem for much of the 2016 season.

He’s trying to get paid for nothing. Dude was raised by white parents in an upper middle class neighborhood. He turned down a $900k contract as a backup QB. Complete fraud.Well I served FOR REAL.
