The offer was $500K at 126, take it or leave it.

This was confirmed by a member of Rigo's team in this video:



Rigo foolishly tried to negotiate when he was in no position to, not realizing he was the B Side, and he backed out because he felt he was being "low balled" lol.

Instead he went on to fight nobodies for peanuts.

The only reason he's taking this fight is to cash out. His team knows that. He's 37, and this is his final pay day and a nice retirement gift.

They lied about the offer. It was 750k. Also Loma even offered to bet his own purse in a "if you beat me I pay you the difference" offer and Rigo said no. Bluff well and truly called.

Even IF it was 500k. Why not fight such an average up and coming fighter who has 5-6 fights? Why fight these killers Rigo fought for 50-100k instead? Come on.

Common boxing knowledge that when Lomachenko was holding title at 126lbs, Top Rank offered 'Rigo' twice to face 'Loma' and both times his team turned down by trying to make excuse.
