No losers, hes is not "ducking" Linares, Easter or Lomachenko.

They were negotiating with Easter, for way too long.
Easter had a visit from the Grim Reaper(Haymon in costume) and he pulled out crying into Haymon's arms.
Linares picked up a fight in the interim(against a bum I might add but somehow this is the guy Garcia is ducking), the other offer that was heard along with Easter was Figueroa.

Which was probably Haymon's plan since this match-up guarantees an undefeated mexican-american fighter loses his 0 while protecting Easter's.

To me, people like Mikey Garcia and George Groves are dinosaurs in boxing terms. They've been around like forever. I personally don't mind at all if Mikey from this point forward fights the best money fights he can get. Omar Figueroa is the more entertaining fighter than Easter. Not sold on Easter yet.
