The only time I remember Loma fans wanting this fight was when Loma was still at 126 and Rigo was running his mouth.
Since Loma moved up to 130 not many, other than Rigo fans that still thought everybody, including Loma, were ducking him, wanted this fight that badly.
I always said that if Rigo still wanted the fight he should at least fight a few times at 130 or even at 126. But he has been content staying at 122, which has been a pretty dull division for years now.
There are people that have even said that Loma moved up to 130 to duck Rigo.

And don't worry Loma-Garcia fight will happen as long as Mikey stays at 135. With Mikey being as impatient as he is I don't see him staying at 135 all that long.
I prefer to see Loma clean up 130 before moving up, because I know people will say he ducked Berchelt, Salido, and Farmer if he moved up next. It's a no win either way. If he doesn't move up next he is ducking Mikey and Linares. If he does move up he is ducking all the other fighters at 130, so I say Loma should stay at 130, for now, and clean house. There are still some interesting fights there.

I won't give Loma credit for wins he never actually got, unlike fans of other fighters. I prefer to see him actually beat the guys at 130 instead of just pretending he beat them.
Last I looked Salido BEAT Loma??? Let me hear your excuse on that??? Isn't Loma and Mikey the same age??? How long you want him to wait??? 2-3 MORE times while he fights guys 2-3 weight classes smaller???

I'll be surprised if that happens but win, lose or draw I'll be pulling for you buddy........ hope this mofo Rigo knows what he's talking about... But if Rigo loses it'll give other fighters more confidence to fight him instead of avoiding him

Rigo has a huge uphill battle against Loma, that's why I'm hoping he pulls it off
And hope this doesn't turn into a GGg/Brook Canelo/ Khan type of fight
Yeah true but he's been training and beefing up quite well, I saw him training he still has tremendous speed, reflex, great footwork. I don't think it will be a mismatch like the ones you mentioned above. These men have 2 gold metals a piece, Rigo is a solid cat

Easy win for Lomachenko. What does Rigo have that Loma doesn't. Two gold Medal. Loma moved from 126 to 130 and beat the Champion. Soon he will move up to 135 to beat another Champion. He clearly beats the other 130 Champs. This a money grab for Rigo and that's it. He has no other options.

Salido-Loma was a close fight that could have gone either way.
Loma just moved up to 130. It's not Loma's fault Mikey is at 135. Mikey is a guy that hasn't enjoyed any divisions he has been in. Didn't stay at 126, failed to make weight, just like cheater Salido.
Barely fought at 130 because of the contract situation. Has barely fought at 135 and already wants to move up. His impatience will be his downfall.

Mikey can wait at 135 if he wants or he can move up his choice. Loma is going to continue his career with or without him.
Like I said, if Loma moves up people will cry and complain that he ducked everybody he didn't fight at 130. It's a no win situation. Loma should do him and clean up 130.
You guys can say he is ducking Mikey all you want. It happens with every fighter, if he isn't ducking one guy he is ducking another.
For example, if Loma fights Mikey then people will say he is ducking someone else, etc.
That is just the way it is.

I don't even know how anyone can say Loma fans don't want that Mikey fight. I'm hoping Mikey stays at 135 so the fight can happen. It just won't happen in the next year, because Loma has work to do at 130, whether people like it or not. If Mikey wants to fight at 140. He should alternate between 135 and 140.
If I, or any other Loma fans, didn't want the Mikey fight don't you think we would be pushing for Mikey to move up ASAP?

At the end of the day, their careers don't depend on each other. If Mikey wants to move up to 140 that's on him. Nobody else.
Loma should try to create something for himself at 130 first before moving up.
If Loma fights Mikey people still won't be happy and they will look to see who is the next guy he is "ducking." It's a never ending cycle.

Let's wait for Ded 9. It was Rigo who kept *****ing to get the fight made. He should have ***** at his division fighters. Loma and Mikey will fight soon.

                  That's good to hear.

Agree , both are solid elite talents and that's why I hope in this fight the winner is determined by skill and not the weight

Because on paper this fight is ridiculously good with two of the best current boxers of their era going to head to head

We don't know what Loma can take and Rigo is such a talented fighter he can most definitely get the KO win, this fight is not one way by a long shot, neither guy can be written off in this high stakes fight.
