I think Hopkins because he at least stopped a couple of undefeated and previously UN-KO'ed opponents. Especially Felix Trinidad, which was one of his best stoppage victories.

He stopped tito because he had the skill that enabled him to land enough punches to stop him. Granted he didnt load up vs tito.

Maidana can take a good shot to the chin and he said broners the strongest puncher hes fought...and broner isnt a welterweight.

Raw power i edge it to broner

From personal experience I can tell you the difference in power between a 150 pound boxer and a 175 pound boxer is immense. Even if that smaller fighter is a big puncher he’s not touching a middleweight/ in terms of power even if the middleweight is Not a big puncher. The mass/the muscle, the bone size etc. is huge between a welter and a middleweight... completely different size guys.
Hopkins hits WAY harder than Adrien Broner.
Luis Arias hits WAY harder then Broner.

Do you not understand what he meant by "P4P"?

I'd say Broner but not by a lot. His accuracy isn't as good as Hopkins but he's probably got more power for the weight classes he fought in. BHop had great accuracy and superior strategy in getting in punches so he was able to beat great boxers. Broner has holes in his game and never beat any great fighters so he's not as good a boxer, but was maybe a stronger puncher.

It's debatable though so it's not like I'm really passionate about picking Broner here.

The prime 160 pound Hopkins hit harder pfp than Broner at any weight Broner fought at and he was a much better fighter in all ways. Hopkins is an all time great while Broner wins gift title shots at weak champions and then loses when he fights the Maidana, Porter and Mikey quality boxers. Broner is a good solid puncher but comes up a little short compared to Hopkins. Hopkins stopped both Oscar and Tito when nobody else could.

Based on power I would say broner and it’s not close. That’s just my opinion. Who did Hopkins ko and don’t say Tito who was at his 5th weight class and had been dropped several times before

                    hopkins

He's KO'd way better fighters, broner might be stronger pfp but hopkins placement and set up make him more powerful puncher
