It was a very fast paced fight for 250 /250 plus fighters to fight . Not just high punch outputs but i dont think ppl on this forum know that punches also take stamina OUT of you as well and there were plenty of them landed on both sides . Fights are going to look more sloppy with less time to prepare which is why 2 months is average not 2 weeks .

A few things Lewis had over Vitali before the fight was announced , it was rounds and years experience as well as training for a big HW who can punch unlike Vitali who was training for a non power puncher who was not big . Lewis credited his win by self admitting less time for both guys gave him the advantage which it did . However he was not winning the fight and refused and or avoided a rematch for six months then retired when Vitali became a mandatory.

Does Vitali get a pass ? Well only if you believe Lewis cant punch hard and two 250 pounders pushing each other backward for 6 rnds for center ring control isnt going to tire someone out. lol

The only thing laughable here is you comparing Wlad to Lennox Lewis. Lewis never had an impressive physique. He had his shorts damn near up to his chest in the Holyfield fight.

A 'fat' Lewis is way better and more durable than an in shape Wlad.
