      I'm going to go with Rigo. He could have moved to 126 for some big fights with Frampton, Russell Jr., Quigg, or Santa Cruz...none of which would be easy fights--but I think he could beat Frampton and Quigg rather easily, don't think he can beat Russell Jr. But instead he jumps two weight classes to fight a very dangerous Loma at 130. I'm not a Rigo fan, but I will give him credit for jumping up two weight classes to take on Loma. That is a huge risk.
