Years ago, some were excited about the Black Russian. The chin just wasn't there though.

His chin is even worse than Khan's.

Sad he was an interesting prospect.

Not a story of chin, he's just not fitted to compete with the local brand power...

          Sergey Kovalev KO 2
          Maksim Vlasov TKO 3
          Mateusz Masternak UD10
          Aleksei Papin KO superCold 1

But his little jumps were rather funny, what a pity.

Damn good boxer he just has absolutely zero punch resistance, can't have it all I guess.

I'd like to see him retire everytime he gets touched by anyone he gets brutally iced or reacts horribly before getting brutally iced. He has no business at CW or vs these top prospects who pack real dynamite. Its not entertaining anymore its just sad. Someone needs to look out for him before he gets badly hurt.

Damn. I was on that hype train a few years back. RIP Black Russian's career.

I thought that the Black Russian was the goods a while back. Same thing for Aaron "Amazing" Williams, the cruiserweight prospect. They seem like sure shots and then, ****, it's over. Too bad.
