Spence looked pretty big next to Brook and pretty much appeared to be too much man for him in the ring. Now while I think Hurd is much less talented than Spence he is much much bigger, as is Charlo (who is much more talented than Hurd). So hard to see Brook competing with either dude really, but if he wants to try fair play to him.

Lara is more talented but he is not going to maul Brook and beat the tar out of him, it will be a boxing contest. As such with Lara getting on in years and being rather predictable in the ring, I think Brook could actually make that work, not a sure thing but I could see him doing it.
