Shabaransky has virtually NO D. Blocks punches with his face. Taylor made for a puncher like Kov.

    Barrera is different beast altogether.

Does he have what it takes to beat Kov. ? I think so.
Will he be able to do it. It remains to be seen.

Count me as one who is not dismissing Barrera's chances as glibly as most.

My guess is it will be a lot more competitive than most will admit with the outcome not being a foregone conclusion.
Honestly I think Kovalov KO's him neither one they boxed is in anyone's top 10 at LHW?? but we should see soon. These guys are on a collision course...

Yes they are on a collision course.

Kov can KO ANYONE he lands on cleanly. Including Barrera.
Even his glancing blows do serious damage. No secret about that.

Once again count me as one who is not totally dismissive of Barrera's chances.

It will not be the blowout most are counting on in Kov's favor.

Just based on experience, I'd slightly favor Barrera in a fight against Bivol. Bivol looks awesome so far, but he really hasn't fought anyone yet.

Barrera keeps getting overlooked and keeps getting victories, even the Ward fight wasn't the lopsided fight that some idiots would like you to believe. Look at Ward in b/w rounds 9,10 and 11 against Barrera and you'll know what I am talking about.
You are wasting your time. They are not fans of the sport. They are fanatics of a particular boxer. That is why when their flavor of the day lose, they call him a bum, a robbery, even if they get ktfo or they change their own username. To me Barrera is a real threat to anyone at 175. shabransky was supposed to kill him, didn't happen, same a joe smith.
