The ring isn't designed specifically for toe-to-toe fighting, but it's not designed specifically for boxers to get whooped on the ropes, either.

Even the judge that scored the fight for GGG gave the last rounds to Canelo. I respect your opinion though. But I ask that you watch that again. He clearly took them. You just have different criteria on what you think wins around. No biggie.
