Does anyone actually know how these fighters get paid? And what this % really represents?
There must be more to it than just a percentage of a "Purse"? e.g. PPV rights per country, ticket sales at venue etc...

Is there a winners bonus??? surely that would resolve a few arguments about figures, just agree to give the winner the extra %5 that being argued about.

Hearn does this a lot. Double standards prick.

He tried to argue Scott Quigg was worth 50-50 with Frampton when Frampton is extremely popular and packing out national stadiums. Whereas Quigg walks from his house to the gym and nobody stops him on the streets apart from his relatives and neighbors. Didn't get his wish.

Tried to argue Haye vs Bellew was 50-50 when Haye still has one of the largest followings there is on the UK boxing scene. Haye still gets invited to all these award shows, premieres etc because the rags want him there and event organisers see that. Didn't get his wish.

Still trying argue that Khan vs Brook should be 50-50 when Brook isn't even more well known than Uzzy Ahmed who is a national joke. On top of which his fighter has more or less quit in two out of three fights. Whereas Khan always had a huge following and it's growing further with casuals currently in the UK. Hearn will not get his wish. Remember...Khan offered Kell Brook his highest payday ever that was a fixed fee...the same thing Hearn is offering here to Parker...yet they turned it down.

So he's a ****ing hypocrite of the highest calibre.

Some people believe Joshua should make the same or less what he got for Takam to fight Wilder or Parker.


Why should Joshua's opponents get so much more than they normally do but Joshua shouldn't

The only fair way is to see how much a fighter averages and work out the percentages from that. Which would mean Wilder nor Parker get more than 10%. Joshua is being more than fair offering 25%+ and getting **** from ******s.
