Thurman turned down the chance to fight Spence before he had a belt. Thurman will only fight Spence if he has to.
I'm from Dallas, and I lived in Desoto before, and if I wasn't such a huge boxing fan I wouldn't know who Spence is. Nobody is fighting him unless they have to.

The excuse to not fight someone because they are not well known enough means very little once they hold a major belt.
You think it would be an easy fight for Thurman, boxing circles around Spence? That is actually funny.
Stop with the GGG moving up stuff. The middleweight division is hot right now (with bigger names), why would he move up to 168 when he makes 160 comfortably?
However, I agree with you about Spence. Why would he move up to 154 when he just became a champ at 147 and only forced a top level guy to face him because he was a mandatory. Plenty of big fights to be made at 147.
There is no reason for a fighter to move up in weight if they are making the weight class limit and there are challenges available in that division.
Agreed. A person should only move up when they have cleaned out their division, unless their body says otherwise.
Crawford did it right. I felt he should have beat Lipinets before moving up but I guess Arum was in a hurry to consolidate that WBO strap before Horn inevitably gets beat by someone from another promotional company.
Talk is cheap, Errol. Your hype is wearing off. Challenge yourself, instead of sitting around waiting for Thurman, or for something else to happen. You are a huge welter, move up and fight at 154.
Don't get offended but you just might be the idiot that says things like lil g is the greatest middle weight of all time.....LMFAO.....why do you guys HATE WINNERS SO MUCH????
