Lara? He's never fought at 160 and GGG's ducking him? Right.
he fought them and drew with one of them...barely beat the other guy(some think the other guy won)...lets not act like G went through the "two best MWs" in some impressive fashion and made it clear...lol

lara hasnt fought at 160...but neither had brook or gabe rosado

for years lara had been saying he wanted to fight...and g kept fighting bums......lara was the #1 rated fighter one division south and had been on premium and regular cable many times headlining shows......it made perfect sense yet not once did G mention him or call to make a fight.....but yall were happy with dom wades and curtis "ive lost to D level fighters" stevens...

i didnt say g was ducking anyone...i just said he has plenty of business at 160....theres jacobs and canelo rematches....charlo....he dont need to be talking about 168....theres nothing at 168 for him.....since he would never move there before there is no point now with 160 being much hotter than 168....he has plenty of good fights right where he is now

This write up is about Jacobs calling out GGG, which is great, but also about him complaining, again, about their fight's result. I'd love to see Jacobs in against GGG again, but the whining about Jacobs losing gets old. It doesn't look like GGG is gonna take on Jacobs next- he wants a soft touch (I can't fault him after taking on two sharks) next or Canelo. In the meantime, Jacobs can get plenty of action elsewhere in the division.

Could have, should have, would have: GGG beat Jacobs and drew with Canelo. Some agree with you; the majority of the pro Canelo crowd at T Mobile booed him and thought GGG won, but it is what it is.

I agree with you that GGG's resume is light prior to Jacobs (that's probably an understatement). He also deserves the criticism he gets for calling out the 154-168 crowd to target Money Mayweather and then declining a certain fight...

See, I'm an OG Triple G fan boy, but I'm balanced.

I scored It 7-5 for Jacobs when I saw it live. In the replay, however, I scored it 7-5 for ggg. I find it unusual how watching a fight live, and watching a replay can alter your scorecard. Same thing happened with kovalev-ward 1, I scored it 7-5 for kovalev live and then 7-5 for Ward in the replay.

if you think people booed canelos performance i think u are nuts......gggs performance was nothing special or convincing......canelo performed well given he was the guy coming up and hadnt faced middleweights and was the dog

they booed the byrd card...which is fair....but if the byrd card was 115-113 i dont think anyone would have batted an eye....the card was so out of whack though it could do nothing but elicit boos

people keep talking about jacobs crying...yet they are still around the boards crying about how golovkin def beat canelo and whatnot...it is what it is....

all im saying is 160 is heating up..and u have golovkin making comments about 168 fights....there is nothing of interest there to boxing fans....he has business with jacobs, canelo and charlo

he avoided lara for a couple of years when the fight made total sense

DJ played his hand in the first fight. He will get KO'd in a rematch. And after that BS mickey mouse move not weighing in for the ibf belt the day of the fight (knowing full well he was coming in way above normal rehydration weight), you can be most certain there will be a hydration and mandatory fight day weigh in clause for the rematch. I hope they do have a rematch.

Jacobs fought well but he didn't do enough to win that fight.
I would love to see a rematch now that they know each other well.

oh lord you think he turned down ward...you must not know what wards offer was. that was a publicity stunt to trick people and nothing more. ward wanted a tune up and then to fight ggg in 2016. he never ever wanted to fight ggg straight away. the wbc said they were ordering the fight in nov of 2015 so the timeline simply makes no sense. ward didnt want to step up when ggg was available and thats all there is to it. dont blame ggg for that sh-it. ward had just had a tune up vs paul smith and he asks for another to delay the fight when he knew ggg was waiting for the wbc? come on.

why did they boo the decision then? why did 80 percent think he lost? you are living in fantasy land.

he was coming up from 164 to 160? makes no sense.

80 percnet of people thought he lost so yes they would have batted an eye.

what sh-it. pure sh-it. lara made zeroooooooooo offers to ggg. its on ggg to chase an unknown guy who sells almost zero tickets? get real. thats not how boxing works. lara even publicly said he wanted milions so fight dead. ggg has to fight him why??? dont bring up wade. that was a mandatory. dont bring up stevens. stevens was a top 10 fighter and much more popular in new york. lara did NOTHING proactive to make the fight happen.

if you are going to irrationally hate get some substance to your arguments. yes we know you will pretend he loses every fight that goes to decision but what else you got?
