I can see where Martinez is coming from..Brian has all the time in the world..why rush..but as a fan people just wanna see good fights put on especially sub-unification fights

Lara turns 35 in a few months. If BCC gets a chance to fight Lara & passes on it he might not get another chance so Sergio Martinez's stance is f#cking ******. Also Lara has talked of moving up to fight guys at 160, although not so much lately, so he could even leave the division.

I also think Lara is ripe for a loss cuz he's been doing that Stevenson bs with fighting all these subpar contenders. Iron sharpens iron, but Lara's been putting his iron against plastic.

That said all signs are pointing to Lara vs Hurd so doesn't even look like BCC will get a chance to yay or nay a fight with Lara.
