To think people are genuinely saying Joshua is scared or ducking Parker is crazy.

Same goes for Wilder... Now I am sure Wilder genuinely does think he can spark Joshua, but the be all and end all is he wants to get PAID and is sounding equally desperate.
I am hoping that Deontay is the type of guy that is willing to take a less than healthy split (70/30 or 75/25 split) because he is confident that he can KO Joshua. That's called betting on yourself. I hope he is willing to do what it takes to make the fight happen early to mid next year. As of right now, I really don't believe that he is 100% in it for the money. I think he really wants to prove himself.

And my rational for all of this hope is based on the fact that he was on his way to fight Povetkin in Russia before he got busted and he was all signed up to fight Ortiz in NY before he got busted.

You completely missed my point.. they will not do AJ Vs Wilder in Feb or March, they will do it during the prime summer season May-July - whether it is both fighters next fight or the one after.

So why not have another unification and massive Joshua stadium filler in between? It alters the timeline by a month or two...

Wilder can't afford to fight Parker, he doesn't generate enough money to offer him enough to lose his belt. Both fighters need Joshua for the payday, Joshua doesn't need either of them for the money.

        Parker in Feb/March.
        Wilder or Fury in July.

How can people say Joshua is ducking anyone?

They are pursuing the Parker fight because it's a unification, and Parker is more realistic about what he's worth (he will settle on about 30% IMO) where as Wilder wants home territory and 50%.

I mean, only in a completely broken, nonfunctional sport. When boxing is functioning, unifications happen multiple times every single year, in every single division, except the divisions with fully unified champions, in which case fights vs the true #1 contender in that division should happen twice per year at minimum.
I think hes talking HW's which is true l. It took Lewis and Klitchko years to do it . And top level guys like Holmes never unified but dont tell the Wilder fans on here bc he will become another ducker . lol

LOL! Do you really think we don't have other markets?

We have the most watched football league in the world, much bigger than your sports other than maybe the NFL...

We also have a lot of other sports, and interests people are interested in...

I can't believe you just said that. Your point is now moot.
Please dont mix up Wilder fanatical fans with Boxing fans on THIS forum!

AJ inside 5 rounds I think Parker is more concerned with getting paid than actually showing up to win the fight lol

Wilder v AJ. should be next any other fight involving the pair is pretty pointless given the current competition.Whether that be Jan -june.

Haha, pointless when you are Matchroom and Joshua when you are gonna fill Twickenham, make tens of millions and get another world title?

Nah, Wilder is the only one who has no other options here. He wants big bucks but only gets them fighting AJ... AJ makes big bucks whatever against whoever.

But... they will fight Wilder. He just needs to wait one more fight and then it's for the lineal and absolute undisputed HW world title. I really don't understand what people don't understand about this scenario!? It literally makes sense in every way, unless you are Deontay Wilder and want to get paid ASAP.

The WBC with their three percent would love for AJ to be holding that green strap, why would they prefer Wilder to be the recipient ?
