Unfortunately he went and worked with Roach who screwed him up big time. Everyone around Khan knew he didn't have chin and had a lack of ring IQ, but skills/talent wise, very high quality boxer.

I don't think AJ is remotely the same. Firstly, his chin isn't 'weak' like say a Bruno. If it was, he'd still be sleeping from a couple of shots he's taken already. Secondly, he can adapt in fights because he understands momentum in the fight. He doesn't panic, he calmly evolves on the go, this is very mature boxing, much like a Lewis used to do. Finally, he's not peaked yet, he will come out and have a career defining fight, people have hyped his Kiltschko win, but if you listen to him speak, he doesn't hype it at all, its everyone else that does. The best performance will be under the big lights, when it really matters, the Wilder fight might be it.

The only time AJ's ever boxed emotionally was against Whyte because of their personal history. He'll come out cool as a cucumber against Wilder, Wilder will get hyped up and want to take his head off for three rounds, AJ will break him down and eventually win by a wide points margin or Wilder will get desperate, get very open in the later rounds and take a couple of big shots that will end it, I'd go for AJ in 8 or 9 by KO.

Don't you think it's strange AJ has been trash talking Wilder? Thats not his bag at all, why would he suddenly have a personality shift, its obvious, he's already hyping Wilder, he cannot wait for Wilder to come in like an animal and throw looping bombs from the bell. Smart guy.
      brilliantly said.

Whether AJ comes in emotionally charged or not does not matter - Wilder knocks him out. Wilder is a cool and calm customer in the ring, takes his time and has rarely fought out of emotions. I sense AJ will come in somewhat angry and ready to try to prove a bot - but Wilder knocks him out either way. I am extremely confident AJ goes down - let them make the fight and get this going.

          Make the Fight!

I think this would be a fantastic fight for both the fans as well as boxing in general. Once again we have a young fighter, Joshua waiting for the older fighter to show some kinks in his armor before the fight takes place. This is Golovkin vs Canelo all over again. Watching both fighters fights I'd have to give the edge to Wilder, punches way to hard and is way more mobile then the slow Joshua. Hearn is feeding stiffs to Joshua to pad his record. If you look at Joshua's fights he has trouble with fast mobile fighters, even a slow 41 year old Klitchko coming off a loss almost K'O'd Joshua and that fight is used to try and convince the public he's the best!! If the current Wilder fought the current Joshua I predict Wilder stops Joshua inside of eight rounds

...and that's your opinion but that's it, just an opinion. "Don't you think it's strange AJ has been trash talking Wilder? Thats not his bag at all, why would he suddenly have a personality shift, its obvious..." No, it's not obvious and you saying it is doesn't make it so. It can also be interpreted as Wilder getting under AJ's skin, which actually seems to be more accurate, especially given that he already said Wilder is unprofessional for the media/social media tactics yet he's doing the same now.
You, nor I, know the true reason behind the shift in
character; we can speculate all we want but your ability to seemingly know that "AJ can't wait for Wilder to come in... blah blah" is comical at best.
Oh and to address the whole Vegas thing, WTF is in the UK that makes it better (aside from the tens of thousands of "lads" screaming and disrespecting other countries' national anthems)? The whole WWE-style presentation of the fighters is corny! Yes, I've been to the UK and definitely not impressed. A million bars (which are mostly similar) but very limited diverse food options. No thank you, Vegas is better. However, I do understand the financial piece of the puzzle so if it makes more $$$$$$$$$ to do it in the UK, let's do it!

AJ vs Parker first before Wilder...
              Wilder should also fight Whyte.

Agreed, this is why Wilder needs to be careful in negotiating this deal. Because his stance of 50-50 would put that fight on hold. He is catching Joshua at a great time. Wilder is at his peak, Joshua isn’t at his peak yet. If he lets this fight run into another 2/3 fights then I would definitely change my pick to favouring Joshua.

                  it!
Well having an opinion is the whole point of a forum. I am of course 'speculating' because its a way to encourage debate, which is the whole point of contributing to a forum. Being comical, is a compliment at worst ;0)

Neither guy is at his peak. Wilder also has not taken too many punishment so he should be fine. Wilder beats AJ anytime, anyday over the next 2 years unless he gets into multiple fights over the next 2 years that are too grinding, which doesn't seem likely. Even AJ must avoid getting into fights where he is getting tagged repeatedly - not good for longevity of any sort.

Wilder will be fighting in front of a crowd far bigger than any he's seen before. He'll be away from home in a far more publicised event than ever before, he'll be feeling deep down ever so slightly insecure about his bronze medal and chump filled record, he'll stand opposite a guy that compares in size and doesn't blink. When the bell goes his adrenalin will pump like crazy and he'll start throwing those bombs cos if he stands off he'll get outboxed and from there we will see what all the fuss about AJ has been about, he'll unpick Wilder until the final bell goes or Wilder is star gazing, I'm extremely confident also :0)
