I would disagree... Collazo is a Southpaw boxer.. Gatti is an ortodox brawler

Gatti has faced much better opposition and has shown the ability to box and outclass some of his opponents.

Keep in mind, I'm not saying Gatti is a world class fighter, because he's far from it...but he'd give Hatton alot of damn trouble. He remains dangerous because he can punch extremely hard.

C level against a Mayweather maybe but Hatton is not an A Level fighter.
Hatton/Mayweather you get the same results as Gatti/Mayweather.

u just hate hatton, ur opions about him are very biases because u clearly do not like him. Gatti struggled against mayweather because he was a speed guy. hatton isnt a speed guy, he is a brawler. So is gatti. This could make it a much closer fight then mayweather gatti, but in no way does this make mayweather a better fighter then hatton. Mayweather still may be the better fighter, but this doesnt prove a thing

I swear... if I read one more person saying that Hatton-Mayweather would be like Gatti-Mayweather, or referencing how badly rocked Hatton was in his last fight (against a southpaw, something Hatton is DREADFUL with, and by shots he couldn't anticipate from that stance).

It's just so ill-informed it irks me. Repetitive, also. I hear the "it will be like Gatti-Mayweather" almost as often as I hear "wrestling/Dave Parris".

Hatton is clearly - at this stage in their careers, certainly - notches above Gatti. Gatti was even asking him for tips before facing Floyd.
