MANY people believe Horn beat Pac & regardless if he did he got the win in a close fight. His win over pac is far more significant than any win the other champs have gotten at ww, simply because pac is an atg so of course the computer will say hes #1 @ ww as thurman is inactive & his opponents don't have near the resumes as Pacquiao. Its no different than if Ali would've lost to a bum & that bum would get way more pts than the other champs who won vacant belts or belts from weak resumes.

I have even used Horn as an example in the past of why its not perfect as it can't account for a supposed robbery.

This is why the boxrec computer is far better than biased p4p as I would put Horn in p4p BEFORE lomachenko off resume alone as lomachenko is a 2x gold medalist 132 that has lost to a bum,& has only beaten tiny midgets,bums/inactive fighters but if he beats Rigo he should be top 3 p4p even though rigos tiny & old & lomas only been dragging up tiny bums.

Just because someones resumes rated as p4p 4 beating a legend doesn't mean they'll beat ANYONE it just means his 1 win carries more weight regardless of ******s opinions.

I think Horn’s phone must have gone very quiet because he’s talking a lot to get noticed. Let’s face it, someone’s got to really want the WBO strap to fight him, and most wont be interested because he’s a hard nights work for little reward.

I agree he’s not good enough to beat Thurman, Porter or Spence, but I’ll doubt any of them will be in a hurry to fight him, so he’ll probably have to fight 2nd tier mandatory to stay active and eventually he’ll have a bad night at the office and lose the belt.

I wouldn’t be surprised if our old pal Khan fancies a go, one warm up to get WBO ranked then in he goes, he’d be a nightmare style for Horn and he’s not a huge puncher.
